Resumo
Vivemos em um tempo onde ocorrem imensas mudanças. O crescimento acelerado e consubstanciado, especialmente, na revolução tecnológica está gerando novos tipos de relações sociais e poder, bem como profundas transformações na gestão das organizações. Nesse particular, a educação, pois a escola sofre os impactos da referida revolução, em específico, neste estudo, o setor administrativo escolar que está sujeito à quebra de paradigmas na utilização dos aparatos tecnológicos. Assim, esta pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar o uso sistemático de novas tecnologias de informação como ferramenta de aprendizagem contínua no espaço de trabalho dos servidores técnico-administrativos, numa pesquisa bibliográfica, descritiva e qualitativa. Autores como Costa (2008), Lévy (1993), Valente (1993) e outros, deram embasamento teórico, cujos resultados iniciais demonstram que as possibilidades oferecidas pelas TICs, aos servidores técnico-administrativos, para aperfeiçoar o ambiente de trabalho são inúmeras diante das possibilidades que elas oferecem para gerar serviços públicos de maior qualidade e melhorarem sua legitimidade perante os cidadãos.

Abstract
We live in a time where immense changes occur. The accelerated and substantiated growth, especially in the technological revolution, is generating new types of social relations and power, as well as profound transformations in the management of organizations. In this particular, education, because the school suffers the impacts of the aforementioned revolution, specifically, in this study, the school administrative sector that is subject to the breakdown of paradigms in the use of technological apparatus. Thus, this research aimed to analyze The systematic use of new information technologies as a tool for continuous learning in the work space ofthetechnical-administrative ervers, in a bibliographic research, Descriptive and qualitative. Authors such as Costa (2008), Lévy (1993), Valente (1993) and others, gave theoretical foundations, whose initial results demonstrate that the possibilities offered by ICTs, to technical-administrative servers, to improve the environment of Work are countless in view of the possibilities they offer to generate higher quality public services and improve their legitimacy to citizens.
