RESUMO
Criatura e criador de cultura, graças à educação, o homem arquiteta a sua própria trajetória de humanização. Na incessante criação e recriação, à medida que dá significado ao seu mundo, transformando o natural em cultural, o homem se realiza, torna-se sujeito da história, agente da cultura e se educa. A presente investigação tem a meta principal de analisar se a ação pedagógica dos profissionais de educação do Centro Educacional Período Integral: Professor Alfredo Nascer tem se constituído como um trabalho orientado pela reflexão e moral, ética e educação, voltado para formar alunos com excelência em sua vida pessoal e coletiva, considerando concepções, relações pedagógicas e conflitos sobre valores entre professores e alunos na sala de aula. A definição desse objetivo partiu da percepção do problema da investigação, ou seja, o fato de que as escolas precisam estar atentas às concepções, relações pedagógicas e conflitos sobre valores entre professores e alunos na sala de aula, tendo em vista que a percepção desses pontos, bem como sua apropriação, são basilares para a disponibilização de um ensino que realmente forme o ser humano consciente de que não bastam as reflexões, já que é preciso mudar conceitos, assumir condutas condizentes com o que harmoniza a sociedade em todos os seus segmentos. Ainda, definiu-se uma pergunta norteadora que foi respondia com a análise dos dados coletados: A ação pedagógica dos profissionais de educação do Centro Educacional Período Integral: Professor Alfredo Nascer tem se constituído como um trabalho orientado pela reflexão e moral e voltada para formar alunos com excelência em sua vida pessoal e coletiva? Os resultados transpareceram o fato de que tanto professor quanto alunos julgam utilizarem-se da ética como elemento dialógico da prática diária, mas os indicadores apresentam controvérsias no contexto desses dois grupos entrevistados. Concluiu-se ser necessário que escola e família se unam em favor dos princípios morais e éticos para que haja sucesso na formação integral do ser humano.

ABSTRACT

This research has the main objective of analyzing whether the pedagogical action of education professionals of the Integral Period Educational Center: Professor Alfredo Nascer has been constituted as a work guided by reflection and morals, ethics and education, and aimed at training students with excellence in their personal and collective life, considering conceptions, pedagogical relationships and conflicts about values between teachers and students in the classroom. The definition of this objective is based on the perception of the problem, research, that is, the fact that schools need to be attentive to conceptions, pedagogical relationships and conflicts about values between teachers and students in the classroom, considering that the perception of these points as well as their appropriation are basic for the availability of a teaching that really makes human being aware that reflections are not enough , since it is necessary to change concepts, assume conducts consistent with what harmonizes society in all its segments. Also, a guided question was defined that was answered with the analysis of the collected data: The pedagogical action of the education professionals of the Integral Period Educational Center: Professor Alfredo Nascer has been constituted as a work guided by reflection and morals and aimed at training students with excellence in their personal and collective life? The results showed that highlighted the fact that both teachers and students consider using ethics as a dialogical element of daily practice, but the indicators present controversies in the context of these two groups interviewed, and it is necessary that school and family unite in favor of moral and ethical principles in order to be successful in the integral formation of the human.
